Personal Service

Our Personal Service is designed to fit around busy mothers or working women based in Central London* who don't want to spend their lunchtime shopping or find it difficult or stressful looking for clothes whilst with the children. The Personal Service lets you pick out what you want from the collection without having to leave your office or home, which is especially useful in the winter months. The sales rep will wait for you to try on the items, then you can decide what items you wish to keep, anything you don't, simply hand back to the sales rep.

Ordering:

1. Make a note of the item name and send an email to personal@miryoku.co.uk remembering to include size, colour and quantity and a contact number.

2. A team member will contact you to arrange a suitable time and day.

3. The items will then be brought to you at your place of work or home for you to try on, if you are delighted with the items, simply pay the sales rep, in the unlikely event you do not want to continue with the purchase, all you do is hand the item back to the sales rep. It's as simple as that....No extra charge to you!

Returns:

Due to the nature of the service, we can only exchange goods once the transaction has been made, of which you have 7 days to do so from purchase. Items must be in the same condition as sold (with tags attached and no snags or highly scented perfume). Although all the clothes available are of the highest quality and standards, please ensure you fully inspect your goods before purchase.

* This service is available to addresses with the following postcode: EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, SW1,WC1 & WC2. However, if you do not fall under the listed postcodes please email us and we will do our best to  accommodate you.
